Annie Mist Thorisdottir is an experienced professional CrossFit athlete from Reykjavik Iceland. She is also the owner of Crossfit Reykjavik and runs it also. Annie is the only woman ever to win CrossFit Games on two occasions. In both the year 2010 and 2014. Annie Thorisdottir (Islander) is a weightlifter CrossFit as well as a popular media personality. She became famous for becoming the first woman to have been awarded two CrossFit Games, in 2011 and 2012 The winner of The Dubai Fitness Competition 2013 and the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2017, Annie is well-known. Annie was born and raised to Reykjavik Iceland along with her parents and brothers. Annie was an avid sportsperson and started working out at an early age. Her first competition was CrossFit in California in 2009. She did well at her very first games. Annie Thorisdottir, in 2021, was age 31. She performed well in initial games and finished at the top of the list out of 70. She did not take home a championship and concluded the competition in 11th position. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. The coach Jami Tikannen helped her achieve an overall second place in CrossFit Games, and a medal in the silver category that year. After a year full of CrossFit Games, Annie won her first CrossFit Games. Her dominant performances brought her the honor of being named. Annie's exceptional performance in 2012 brought her to a second CrossFit Games victory. This was her second consecutive time she won consecutively. She also took home a gold. Then in 2021 she took home with a bronze. Annie has been coaching and training at Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was created by Annie. Annie's growing recognition as a professional athlete has seen her become the spokesperson for many sporting brands, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Rennaisance Periodization Nuunhydration-Sidekick Yerb. Some 2,000 people have subscribed to her own Youtube Channel where training videos as well as travel and family videos are shared.
