Sharni is an Australian and American actor. Born in Sydney, Australia, on the 22nd of July, 1983. Sharni Vinson first made an appearance as an actor in 2001 as she appeared in the role of a woman on Home and Away, a soap opera based in Australia. The performance she gave in that small role was so fascinating that the casting agent for the show wanted to cast her in the major characters in the show. She was however rejected for the part. In the very same show, Cassie Turner was chosen as a troubled teenage girl who lived in a foster home. The fans and critics loved her performance.
